Accompanied by knowledgeable local guides, you’ll travel through remote areas far from busy routes. We avoid crowded tourist locations and instead focus on hidden gems — places where you can truly experience the silence and beauty of the Arctic.

As we make our way toward the fjords, we stop at scenic viewpoints and quiet natural areas to enjoy the landscapes and search for wildlife in their natural environment.

During this 6–7 hour experience, we continue exploring carefully selected areas of the fjords, always adapting the route and stops according to wildlife activity and weather conditions. You may encounter European sea eagles, seabirds, moose, reindeer, foxes, and occasionally whales and porpoises.

Your guide will also share stories about local culture and everyday life in the Arctic, while offering helpful photography tips.

Throughout the tour, your guide will take professional photos for you — including landscapes, wildlife encounters, and personal portraits — so you can focus entirely on the experience while still taking home high-quality memories.

During the tour, we also include a packed lunch with a sandwich, snacks, and dessert (vegetarian option available) allowing you to enjoy a relaxed meal surrounded by Arctic landscapes.

Transportation is provided in a comfortable 4x4 vehicle adapted to Arctic roads and terrain.

*This is not a hiking tour. The experience is designed as a scenic Arctic road trip, with comfortable access to remote fjords, mountains, and coastal landscapes. Short walks and exploration stops along the way allow you to fully experience the scenery without demanding physical activity.

Itinerary

• 10:00 – Hotel pick-up in Abisko or Björkliden
• 09:00 – Hotel pick-up during Polar Night (December and January)
• Day tour – Scenic stops, wildlife observation, and exploration of the Norwegian fjords
• 16:00–17:00 – Return to Abisko (flexible depending on conditions, sightings, and stops)
