Northern lights photo expedition - dinner included from Abisko

Capture the magic of the Northern Lights. Immerse yourself in the vastness of the Arctic on a night expedition dedicated to photographing the Northern Lights. Guided by local experts passionate about photography and science, this adventure allows you to experience one of the world’s most amazing natural spectacles and capture it in unforgettable images.

We will begin the tour in Abisko, where we’ll enjoy a delicious dinner at a local restaurant (included). During this 4 to 6-hour expedition (depending on the aurora activity and weather), we’ll travel in a 4×4 vehicle through frozen landscapes, far from light pollution, to locations known only to the locals (up to 300 km), where the chances of witnessing and capturing the Northern Lights are the best.

While we wait for the auroras and gaze at the night sky, you’ll enjoy a basic astronomy lesson. Your guide and professional photographer has a deep knowledge of meteorology and astronomical science and will provide valuable tips for capturing the perfect aurora shot, from camera settings to composition.

If you're not into photography, simply enjoy the show and take home the best memories, as photos from the tour are included.
